DIRECTIONS:

Carrier Oil:
A carrier oil is used to dilute or "carry" essential oils

1. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil with a few drops (usually 1-3 drops) of your chosen essential oil. Stir thoroughly.
2. Use the blended oil for massage, skin care, or aromatherapy by gently applying to desired area.

Moisturizing Skin:

1. Cleanse your face or body.
2. Apply a few drops of sweet almond oil to your hands.
3. Gently massage into your skin until fully absorbed.

Hair Treatment:

1. Warm a small amount of sweet almond oil in your hands.
2. Apply to the ends of your hair, working your way up to the scalp.
3. Leave for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then wash and condition as usual.

Cuticle Care:

1. Apply a drop of sweet almond oil to each cuticle.
2. Massage gently into the cuticles and nails.
3. Leave it on to nourish and soften your cuticles.
