DIRECTIONS:
Add boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy, then add more hot water and re-steep as desired. Tannins are what cause bitterness from over-steeping and yaupon holly is tannin-free!
Cool and pour over ice for delicious iced tea.
